Maurizio Dragoni was born in Milan on 14 July 1950.

A graduate of Bocconi University in Milan, achieving the highest possible grades, he is registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan and the Register of Auditors.

With forty years of professional experience, he has acquired a complete and thorough knowledge of corporate and tax matters, primarily assisting medium-sized enterprises, both in industry and services. In particular, he has specialized in issues relating to areas of transport and logistics, information technology and the paper industry.

As a consultant to some of the most important Italian and international groups, he has developed specific experience and expertise in every aspect of business, including the corporate and tax aspects of extraordinary financial transactions. He has also participated in the reorganization of companies and groups.

He has been a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors for numerous companies across a wide range of sectors and continues to hold various roles in that capacity today.
