Michela Haymar d'Ettory was born in Padua on September 10 1965.

A graduate in Business and Economics from “Ca’ Foscari” University in Venice, she has been registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants of Milan since 1994 and is also registered with the Register of Auditors. She does corporate, administrative and tax consulting for corporations, partnerships, and private individuals; particularly those who have dealings with foreign countries.

She regularly holds positions as a director of companies and as a member of the board of Statutory Auditors of businesses operating in various sectors, including those belonging to foreign multinational groups.
