Matteo Lorito was born in Salerno on 5th November 1968.

A graduate in Business and Economics from University in Salerno, he is registered at the Association of Chartered Accountants of Bologna and he is also registered at the Register of Auditors.

He has developed his professional experience in M&A operations, Tax and Corporate consultancy, trademark and patent valuations.

Over the years he has taken up the position as a director of companies and associate in important italians companies operating in the M&A.
